Happy New Year everyone! 2010, that’s a cool sounding year. Let’s make it our best year ever.
Now’s the time when we all make New Year Resolutions that most of us won’t keep past the end of this month. I heard on the radio yesterday that although the Gym parking lots may be full now just give it awhile. By the end of February the parking lots will be almost half as full and by the end of March well, they’ll be just about back to their core group. We all start out with good intentions but most people will be in the same spot their in right now on December 31, 2010 – why is that?
It may be we aren’t really serious about our goals or we bite off more than we can honestly comment to. And sometime we just need an accountability partner.
So, here’s a tip. Write down where you would like to be on Dec 31, 2010 – it could be a location, something about you in your personal growth or appearance, it might even be regarding your finances, a home business, etc. What ever it is, write it down. Now, honestly think first is it a stretch but is it attainable. If the answer is yes then think what steps do you need to take to reach your goal. You have a whole year to take the necessary steps to reach your goal so make the steps easy. You might take a calendar and mark it with certain steps for each month, this will help you stay on track and take targeted little bites to reach your goal.
Does it sound to simple? Too many times we make reaching our goals to difficult. Keep it easy.
So, give it some deep thought and make a pack with yourself that this year you are a success in achieving your goal(s). Tell a friend or business partner so they can help keep you accountable. Accountability is key. You might even write down what will happen if you don’t meet your monthly goals, if you don’t like the answer use this to help keep you motivated.
Always dream and always reach for the stars!

Wow, how time flys – it seems like it was Thankgiving just the other day.
From spending time with family, traveling to Dallas to supporting a friend of ours by being on set to the kick off of his very own 1st TV show (that was very exciting), birthdays, getting ready for Christmas wow it’s been a whirlwind the last few weeks.
I love to shop the day after Thanksgiving, the whole hussle and bussle of things, the sales it’s totally a blast. Most of the time I go just for fun, not so much to buy anything.
Now, I know there are some who would rather avoid all the crowds. Well if you like to avoid the crowds listen to this…
Last week an incredible opportunity opened up. Do you like to eat? Of course you do, who doesn’t. Do you like to eat out? I do, but in this economy it can be difficult. Well, we found a place where we can get discounts on restaurants and make some extra cash at the same time. I’ll give you an example we got a $25 certificate to one of our favorite restaurants for $2.00. Yep, $2 – pretty cool hey. So I got a couple certificates for my friends for Christmas. Great Christmas gift. No shopping and searching at 10 different stores for something and plus the price was definitly right. Makes a fabulous family gift!
With this new company you can get incredible deals and make money. No you don’t have to recruite your friends and family or anyone for that matter. Now if your interested in discovering how you too can make great deals and earn some extra cash at the same time go to the following website -

The other morning there was an interesting debate on one of the morning shows regarding Thanksgiving. I found it very funny and thought who really cares so I almost changed channels.
But, I didn’t before I could change channels I got roped in to their debate over which was more important the Turkey and Dressing or the sides (of course I thing as Dressing as a side). Oh, side note you may already know this I did not (my kitchen and I don’t exactly see eye to eye at times), if you stuff your Turkey then it’s called Stuffing, if you prepare it outside the bird it’s called Dressing. I just have always called it Stuffing. Who know….
At any rate as I was saying both sides made really good arguments for whats the most important. So I asked my self what’s more important to me the Turkey or the sides – I’d have to say sides. I like Turkey, but I love the sweet potatoes, rolls, pies, “Dressing”. Then I polled my family and funny enough they we’re all side people as well.
So, what are you? Are you a Turkey’s more important kind of person or a Sides are more important kind of person? Ask your family – it’s a fun little poll. Ask them why they voted the way they did. Comment back on what’s your vote Turkey or Sides and why.
Also, as Thanksgiving approaches just remember no matter what your situation is there is always 1 thing we can be grateful for.
Have a Blessed Thanksgiving everyone!

Panic Attacks – what causes Panic Attacks? In short Panic Attacks are caused by high anxiety. Anxiety can be fueled by many things. It’s generally defined as a state of apprehension or fear resulting from the anticipation of real or imagined situation, events or threats.

Some choose a medical approach filled with tons of doctors appointments, popping pills which by the way can lead to other complications. Hey Guys,
I hope you all had a wonderful summer! Ours was jammed pack with making a movie (more on that later) and vacationing. We learned a lot, worked hard and played a lot.
Now it’s time to get back to homeschooling and business. But before I get to that lets talk about the much hotter issue right now – the Swine Flu, or now known as H1N1.
If you recall I’ve already spoke a time or two regarding the Swine Flu. People there is no need to panic. I know at times easier said than done. Maybe this will help – if you take matters into your own hands you’ll have better control over your destiny. There are things you can do right now, today that will help protect you and your family from the Swine Flu. Even some doctors and Pharmacist are recommending Natural methods to protect you and your family from H1N1.
Regarding the Swine Flu, regular flu, colds, really most any illness we know to wash our hands. Even though it’s a given you would be supprised how many people don’t wash their hands. So, come on – wash your hands, it only takes a minute.
Eat right. It’s a well known fact that when you flood your body with all that junk food full of sugars and bad carbs you weaken your immune system. It’s your choice really, stack the cards against yourself or eat healthy and remember moderation is the key. I’m not saying you can’t treat yourself, but do so in moderation.
You’ve heard me talk about the Silver. This is no joke with this new technology www.silversol4u.com by using the liquid and gel you will have a tremendously powerful sheild. I can’t say enough about how beneficial this Silver is. Go to the site, see what they have to say. No one should leave home without this stuff, it’s that amazing. All Silver’s are not alike. With this new technology it produces a resonate frequency that seeks out and destroys the enemy. As far as the gel in a hand scrub test it helped keep the skin clean for up to 4 hours. Unlike those alcohol based santizers that stop working once the alcohol evaporates. Go read www.silversol4u.com now! Protect yourself and your family ASAP!
In addition to the Silver you might also use Vitamin D3. Big caution here — the best way to get Vitamin D3 is from the sun, however if you need to use a suppliment go to your doctor and ask them to run a 25(OH)D test also known as 25-hydroxyvitamin D blood test. You don’t need the expensive test done the 25(OH)D is all you need. It is important to know what your current levels of Vitamin D3 are – you can overdose on Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is a very important nutrient we all need, it is very key to our over all health and having a healthy immune system. But I can’t caution you enough do not just start taking mega doeses of Vit. D3 – get the blood test.
May you use the information about wisely.
To your health!

Questions to ponder -
According the CDC one thing we all can do help prevent the spread of N1H1 (Swine Flu) is to wash our hands right away. Which means when washing hands use warm water, making a lather with soap, scrubbing all surfaces for 15-20 seconds, and then rinse well and dry. That’s fine if that is available. When soap & water are not available they say use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. But think about this, once that alcohol evaporates are you still protected? Your so called protection just evaporated. Keep in mind alcohol dose not “kill” a virus per say. Why not use something that has some lasting protection that’s natural and might actually benefit you in many ways. Here’s what we’ve found.
